All nationalities and ethnicities are encouraged to participate ! Make sure to wear white because this party gets colorful. The colored powders used in Holi represent happiness, love, and the freedom to live vibrantly. Take the opportunity to cover yourself and your friends in colorful powders and dance your heart out. Q. How I can participate in Holi Hai ?
A. You can register at www.holihai.org for participation.
Q. Can the colors be washed from the hairs and the body?
A. Yes, the colors can be easily washed away with water and normal soap or shampoo. In rare occasions, the colors can stick more to previously damaged or bleached hairs, in that case they will just go away naturally after few days or with repeated washing. No special product is needed.
Q. Is the colored powder safe to use?
A. Yes, it is tested and certified safe according to European regulations (Click here to see certificates). Nevertheless, we dissuade people with respiratory problems (like asthma) or allergic to corn to attend the festival.
Q. Are the colors easily washed from the clothes?
A. The colors can be removed from your clothes with a simple wash. A small trace may remain, depending on the material, especially visible on light clothes.
Q. Am I allowed to bring my camera?
A. You are allowed to bring digital cameras with normal lenses, camera phones, disposable devices and GoPros.
Q. What is the minimum age to attend the festival?
A. The Festival is open to all ages.
Q. Where can I get the colored powder?
A. You can get it directly at the festival area.
Q. Can I bring my own colored powder?
A. No, this is not possible. Your safety and the environment are our top priority so we can allow only tested and certified color powder in the festival area.
